Refund and Returns Policy

At World Golden Perfumes, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products with exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

>The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

>The item must be in its original packaging.

>You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items such as opened perfumes or products used beyond the first spray are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

>Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

>Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

>We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your returned item.
