At World Golden Perfumes, we take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURN POLICY
Opened or used products cannot be returned. Once a product has been delivered and opened, it cannot be returned or resold.

Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients. Damage due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application is not covered under this policy. We are also unable to cover repercussions arising from specific sensitivities or allergies to any ingredient. We strongly advise performing a patch test before use.

In cases of damaged product delivery — including leakage, breakage, or missing items due to transit — a refund or exchange may be initiated after verification of your claim. Please contact our customer care team within 24–48 hours of receiving a damaged order.

REFUND POLICY
World Golden Perfumes is not responsible for any damage that occurs after successful delivery.

To raise a claim for missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or an incorrect product, an unboxing video showing the original packaging is mandatory.

Please include all relevant images and videos with your claim.

If your package appears tampered, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner immediately.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. No refund claims will be accepted after this period.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Cash on delivery refunds will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer within 4–7 working days of approval.

If your refund is accepted, the amount will be credited within 15 days from the date of acceptance. World Golden Perfumes will share all relevant details including transaction ID once the refund is processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

A payment gateway charge of 2.5% will be deducted from the refund amount for all cancellations.

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
